Most municipalities in our country commission models to present their projects. Municipal models typically serve two main purposes. One is to bring together officials within the institution during the project development phase to evaluate the model and exchange ideas, and the other is to present the project to the public and inform stakeholders after the design phase is completed. Additionally, municipalities often prefer to create conceptual models for the plans and projects they aim to implement during their term in office. Municipal models generally include restoration models, large-scale urban planning and land models, park and social facility models, miniature models, as well as cultural and artistic models.
